We strive to deliver products in their best condition. We always do a physical check to all products prior shipment.

  1. Always check and try your products upon receiving your order
  2. If there is a defective product, please take a picture upon receiving the product and send it to us via WhatsApp at +62 812-2000-9095
  3. Sale or promotional items (discounted with or without vouchers), and accessories (tights, underwear, socks, and headband) are strictly not returnable for hygiene reason
  4. To ensure your satisfaction, you are welcome to return or exchange within 7 days of the invoice date.
  5. Please ensure that the products are maintained in their original condition with labels attached and packed in their original packaging. Shoes must be completed with their original dust bags and boxes
  6. Send the products with the trackable courier service at your own cost to ensure that the returned products arrive at our warehouse
  7. We will review the products, and if accepted for return, we will issue store credit (no cash return). If not, we will send back the products to you.
